Independent living is a lifestyle option for seniors who are able to live autonomously but prefer the convenience of a community setting. We are set back off the main road on thirteen acres of wooded property boosting walking paths, gazebos, bocci court, putting green, various gardens, and a koi pond. You will have access to all shared living spaces within our community.
Our apartments are comfortable with private bathrooms, a combination of flooring and carpeting, and a full kitchen.
Amenities include housekeeping, maintenance, social activities, and restaurant-style dining. Our At Home Café offers lunch options, snacks, and toiletries at a minimal cost.
It is ideal for those who are looking for a more carefree lifestyle without the hassles of home ownership, while still maintaining their independence and enjoying social engagement with peers.
The Villas at Dominican Village offers weekly transportation to stores and markets as well as a full array of onsite activities and local community events. If you like to mingle and meet people or have quiet time to read a book, our sprawling thirteen-acre campus will accommodate you.
